  I’ve gone back and forth about posting this review because I’ve honestly heard really great things about this company. A friend of mine had her daughter here and always spoke very highly of the staff and the services they received. That’s actually what made me reach out in the first place. I’m a little old school and prefer talking to someone on the phone rather than texting or messaging. I like hearing someone’s voice and getting a feel for the company that way. A young lady answered when I first called and she seemed nice at the beginning, but as the conversation went on it started to feel like I wasn’t really getting anywhere. I also tried calling back a few times after that and wasn’t able to get anyone to answer. As a parent trying to figure out ABA and insurance, the process can already feel overwhelming. I may have talked a little too much about my concerns and my situation, but starting services for your child is a big decision and I was just hoping for a little more guidance. Toward the end of the conversation it felt like there wasn’t much interest in continuing to help, and unfortunately I never received a follow up. The only reason I finally decided to post this review is because I just saw a new post today saying they are now enrolling, and it made me think back on my experience. I truly don’t want this to come across as bashing the company because from everything I’ve heard they seem like a wonderful place and do great work with families. I actually still wish them the best and will continue to follow their journey. If someone asked me about them I would still mention the good things I’ve heard. I just hope the intake and communication process improves a bit so families reaching out feel fully supported from that very start. Update: I tried to email the company but no working email sadly!

  The owner of this company has greatly impressed me with his compassion and caring approach and his commitment to excellence. Ignore the fake reviews that are on here - Valora is the real deal. If you are a parent of a child with an autism diagnosis and are looking for services, it will be well worth your time to look at Valora.

  Our granddaughter has been attending this clinic, and we truly couldn’t be happier with the care and support we’ve received. The therapists are absolutely incredible, patient, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child’s progress. You can tell they don’t just see this as a job. They celebrate the small wins, stay consistent, and build real connections with the kids.The staff overall is welcoming and professional, and they always make an effort to communicate openly with families. The environment feels supportive and positive. The leadership is also evident in how the clinic is run. There’s a clear standard of care and compassion that flows from the top down. It shows in the way the therapists and staff show up every single day. Not every experience will be the same for everyone and sometimes you can't make every parent happy especially when parents focus on gossiping on false information instead of growing with the company for their family but from our family’s perspective, this team truly goes above and beyond. We’ve seen meaningful growth in our child, and that means everything to us. We’re very grateful for this clinic and the people who make it what it is.

  Valora ha traído tantos cambios a la vida de mi familia. Mi hijo estuvo aquí en su programa extracurricular, y cada uno de los terapeutas fue increíble. El esfuerzo y la dedicación que ponen en estos niños realmente se nota. Mi hijo pasó de no ser verbal y tener muchísima energía, y durante los últimos dos años él y los terapeutas trabajaron muy duro, y ahora puede hablar y expresarse.

  This school has made a tremendous difference in my child’s development. The individualized attention, structured learning approach, and compassionate staff have helped my child build confidence and essential life skills. Communication with parents is consistent and supportive, and the team truly understands how to meet children where they are. We’ve seen measurable growth and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Highly recommend!!
