  The entire staff was nothing but lovely! I enjoyed everyone there; the Doctor was fantastic and so was Alanna! Alanna keep up the good work and keep being you; your kindness and personality was the highlight of my day.

  Very disappointed in the Pearl Vision I have gone to for years. I scheduled an appointment at 5:20p. I arrived at my appointment at 5:30p and was told that I missed my 15 min grace period that started at 5:05p. I asked if there was a written policy regarding their grace period policy and was told that when I received my confirmation phone call the day before that I was told to arrive at my appointment at 5:05p to complete paperwork that I watched my daughter do in 5 min. I have never heard of a grace period that starts before the actual appointment time. Might need to take that policy back to my place of employment where we give our patients a 15 minute grace period after their actual appointment time. Looks like my family will be taking our business elsewhere.
