  Very disappointed in the Pearl Vision I have gone to for years. I scheduled an appointment at 5:20p. I arrived at my appointment at 5:30p and was told that I missed my 15 min grace period that started at 5:05p. I asked if there was a written policy regarding their grace period policy and was told that when I received my confirmation phone call the day before that I was told to arrive at my appointment at 5:05p to complete paperwork that I watched my daughter do in 5 min. I have never heard of a grace period that starts before the actual appointment time. Might need to take that policy back to my place of employment where we give our patients a 15 minute grace period after their actual appointment time. Looks like my family will be taking our business elsewhere.

  I want to celebrate and Thank Pearl Vision, for their unwavering support and understanding professionalism, I bought a pair of Gucci eyeware 3 years ago, and as it was time for my yearly exam, I decided to go somewhere else, only because of the pricing difference, BIG MISTAKE! not only did I have to leave my frames there to be sent out for new lenses, once I got them back, they were damaged, cracked on the middle, I returned. 3 times to Peaarl Vision, so that I can get a copy of my order receipt, so that the other place can replace my exact frame, unfortunately they're attempt to find the exact ones failed, and I had to settle for some less than what I had, after receiving the replacement glass, I was very unhappy 🙁, and dissatisfied. So I took a chance and went right back to Pearl Vision to see if at all anything can be done, or at least a referral, to were I can get them repaired, each time I was greeted and so welcomed, as again I was back home, The beautiful soul that helped me each and every time was Kiah. THANK YOU KIAH! she was able to fix my frames, and I am so very grateful and thankful for her, as I was stressing out about having to ware glasses that I absolutely did not want or like. I have sent my husband, and my brother there as well, because of Kiah and the service of Pearl Vision at the 3541 w 95th st location, I will not stray away again, I am a customer for life... Thank you again Kiah, for making me whole again..

  I went in to get an ajustement for my glasess and Ruba and Alanna helped me out they are amazing, they both helped me out and helped me with my issue very quicly. Storngly recommend this place for all of your needs. I’ll definitely be getting my next exam and pair here.
