- SRsteven rosenDec 21, 20255.0I have had nothing but good experiences here. The staff is busy but friendly (just try not to waste their time and do respect them...they see so many people every day.) Sign up to be texted when your prescription is ready so you don't have to get impatient there. Also, Osco seems to have generally lower prices for most meds.
- LTL.J TanOct 2, 20254.0I showed up for a walk in (website said anytime) but was told that they only did walk ins between 10AM and 1PM. The pharmacist was apologetic and took me. Just be aware that while the website says walk ins at any time, that is not the case here.
- NCNick CJul 19, 20211.0This pharmacy seemed tolerable for a number of years, and I like some of the staff. However, their recent incompetence with one of my spouse's prescriptions is so monumental and pervasive that I cannot even understand how humans could have screwed things up so badly. The mean number of visits required to get this prescription each month is about 3, and it seems to be getting worse. Indeed, on my last visit, I found that a medication that has been the subject of several phone calls and three trips to the pharmacy had actually been refilled last week, but somehow not properly documented. And it still took the entire staff several minutes of rummaging to find its resting place in an unsorted pile on a back counter! I am transferring all of my prescriptions somewhere else unaffiliated with Jewel-Osco with all due haste, and if I never deal with this grotesque, Gilliam-esque parody of a pharmacy again, it will be too soon.

Avoid peak rush hours (especially 3:30-7:30 pm) for faster service. Also call before you go to make sure your Rx is ready, or sign up for delivery of your prescriptions at no extra cost.
