It’s a great place the people are kind a patient(my children have different abilities so this is important). They did not seem bothered that one twin needed to dance to exert nervous energy (they never discouraged her). My children have sort of grown up with this brand with the exception of a few years. I’m not sure why I forgot the Evanston location, but twin life is busy. The two pair option is a great value. It’s perfect for back to school. The glasses hold up well (my children never broke glasses) and For Eyes has a protection plan. I learned some insurances plans have replacement options. I have used various insurance plans and cash and still felt I got a deal. This year when I called I was shocked to hear deals on the recording for people without insurance. I’m considering sunglasses for the twins because they are in college in California. They team was skilled at educating me about prescription sun glasses and even offered other options outside of their establishment-none-prescription.I never buy glasses, but the deals are so good, I might purchase contacts and glasses. Having lived in three states besides illinois, I can say they have a great selection. California was a little disappointing so I’m sticking up. In closing let me mention the team. After a two year hiatus, the doctor remembered they were heading to college two years ago (that’s the last time we saw them). I’m really bad with names, but I haven’t met one person on the phone or in person that I didn’t like at this location. It’s so hard to get good customer service now; I only want to spend my repeat dollars with people I can trust as a professional in their field and who value their customers.
