  What’s not to love about Dietrich? He is so knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. He is also one of the kindest people I know. He’s simply the best at what he does! Cannot recommend him enough.

  I've been training with Dietrich for a little over six months now - both personal training sessions and his HIIT group classes - and it's been a great experience. He meets you where you're at, never makes you feel judged or behind, but still pushes you at exactly the right pace. His approach is very sustainable. I've had a lot of fun and made real progress. Highly recommend Get Fit Methods to anyone looking for a trainer for the long term.

  Dietrich is a fitness savant. I've worked with him on and off for the last 10 years. He initially helped me get stronger and qualify for the Boston Marathon at age 58. Now 10 years older (not necessarily wiser), his methods have evolved and he's training me in smarter shorter periods- I have seen steady improvement in the past few months- he will take you up to your limit but never beyond. I recommend him 100%.

  Working with Dietrich the past few months has been a great experience. He personalizes everything to the goals/abilities of each individual and helps you make safe and steady progress. 30 minute sessions are also easy to fit in during my workdays and weekends. I can see why so many of his clients have been coming back for years.
