My dad can be a handful, but Dr Browne was still so helpful and patient with us. She took so much time with us to get things right with my dad. You can tell she loves what she does. I would recommend Dr Kelly Browne and this place to anyone! My dad is so happy!

We have been with MIRACLE EAR for 20 years and she is by far the best employee that we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. SHE was so patience with my husband when we came back for a check up to make sure all his settings were correct for him. She continued to fine tune his hearing aid on our 2nd check up visit. She is an EXCEPTIONAL EMPLOYEE and I hope that MIRACLE EAR realizes what a valuable asset she is to their company. She even offered her personal phone number and said to Text at any time if we had any questions or concerns. Her disposition was very warm and friendly. We would recommend MIRACLE EAR at this location--and especially we would recommend "KELLY". THANK YOU KELLY
- LJLaila JandickJul 2, 20232.0Brought my 83 year old mother here for hearing aids. She already had a couple pairs (purchased elsewhere) and was due for new ones. The office was clean and staff was friendly. I was really turned off by the sales tactics and how the hearing aide specialist made my mother feel (sad) after her exam. Customers should not be made to feel this way. I am so glad I accompanied my mother. And no, she did not buy any hearing aids from this store.
