- JBJordan BDec 11, 20201.0I have never dealt with such an unprofessional, blatantly rude pharmacy staff in my entire life. That goes for not only the pharmacist on duty that I dealt with, But also extends to the pharmacy technician that was behind the counter as well. I was actually laughed out by the pharmacy tech when I was trying to explain that I would be going out of town in the next couple hours And the reason for my out-of-town visit, which just so happened to be on a volunteer basis for a good cause. The pharmacist never laughed, but was in no way whatsoever willing to work with me as a patient nor even willing to pick up the phone to call my doctor to confirm what I was saying to be true. I couldn’t even get to words in without her turning her back on me or interrupting me saying it’s not her problem. In hopes that someone at corporate comes across this review, the pharmacist on duty was B. Sajitha. I alerted the store manager of the situation and explain my side of it and how I felt extremely disrespected, whether or not that will prevent other customers from going through the same thing I’m not sure. However I find this absolutely unacceptable behavior from both workers managing a pharmacy And one is high volume as a Jewel Osco. I truly hope someone at corporate comes across as a review and is able to Do something about this, and again I truly hope others are not going through the same thing but I can only assume this behavior extends much further than just myself. All-around terrible service, extremely unprofessional communication, and blatant disrespect and borderline attempt to humiliate specifically regarding the pharmacy technician’s passive aggression and laughter That otherwise was interrupting me trying to explain something serious, or something serious in my eyes maybe not hers. Will never come back to this location and I highly suggest others find another pharmacy in the area so they do not have to risk Running into this duo behind the counter. I did not get the pharmacy technicians name, but this occurred on 12/11/2020 at ~9:10 AM.
