    I had the unfortunate experience of sitting in the waiting area for an hour and do not want to repeat this experience. The front office staff are unprofessional and unkind. I witnessed them scowl at patients checking in, roll their eyes and gossip after a call from someone with a difficult work schedule seeking an appointment, talk about patients with little regard for HIPA, and I know more about their BBQ and drink preferences than I care to. I question the care my mother is receiving here based on how the office is managed.

    I waited over an hour to be seen for my first visit with Dr. Nguyen. The appointment lasted all of 5 minutes of the doctor shoving a scope up my nose and then speaking without allowing me to ask any questions. I was brushed off and rushed out the door because the office was closing. I have left 2 messages for the front desk and 2 messages for the practice administrator in the past 3 days with no response. There isn't an option to reach a live human without leaving a voice message. Their message states the customer's call is important to them. Clearly this isn't the case nor is doing more than prescribing a medication that can be purchased OTC for no defined reason other than a blanket statement of environmental allergies, which didn't even address the reason for rhe visit.

    0 stars. First this office is almost impossible to get a hold of. Prepare to call many times before you get a call back. My 10 year old son needed urgent appointment, we were scheduled with Dr. Charley Nguyen. He was AWFUL. 40 minutes late, took a 1 second look at my son. Would not listen to anything I was saying-he talked over me the entire time (of our 2 minute appointment). He declared my son didn't qualify for surgery and wouldn't listen at all, even though I wasn't pushing surgery and just wanted help figuring out how to help my son?? He said he was referring me to some doctor in the city. He didn't even leave room and a nurse came in with the sheet of her while he was still telling me this. Meaning he had dismissed my son before even coming in the room. He was so disrespectful and rude I had to ask him to leave the room as he just kept getting closer to me/talking over me. Even while I was just calmly asking for him to listen. I told front desk and even they didn't seem surprised. One front desk lady said I should see a different doctor in practice who is better. They scheduled it for that week. Next day I get a call saying they canceled it because it would be a conflict of interest?? It was their idea! Again I had to go in a week later to talk to them because they do not call back. They billed my appointment even though they were going to hold off. The office manager is rude and delusional. Telling me the nurse "must have listened through the door" and that's how she magically knew he decided to refer my son. Obvisouly not true and he dismissed him due to our insurance and the care he would have needed. So insane. I work in Healthcare and this office is ridiculous. Do not go. My son left without care. And we are both traumatized by this stupid experience.
