I would soon find myself sitting there trying to remember what I was doing again. Normal office noise and chatter had become unbearable. After an hour I Actually ran out of the office, overwhelmed by the 'normal'. My mind was broken. Medication was not an option for me. After 14 sessions, my son said to me "Dad, You're back!".
