- JLJose Lecona2 days ago1.0I don’t come to planet fitness very often because I have a membership at Warhouse barbell gym, but I came here because it was late at night and my other gym is already closed, staff is very rude didn’t even bother to say hello when I came in, place was dirty and a lot of people just taking pictures of themselves which it was uncomfortable, I was doing lat pulldown on one of the machines with the whole stack which is not light at all I let go of the weight on accident barely slamming the weight, and a dude w a buzz cut and a piercing asked to stop doing that like I had been doing it the whole time, wasn’t polite at all, and I just said okay no worries and he rolled his eyes at me I thought for a second he was a little girl because of his attitude, after that he was just walking around the machines/weights I was using for the rest of my workout which made it pretty uncomfortable.

Coming from another friendly location, I am not used to unfriendly customer service reps. Do better PF staff.
