I asked a simple question about a product on the shelf, and he responded with, “You don’t need to yell,” even though I was speaking in a normal tone. It was clear he didn’t want to be bothered with my question. If you’re looking for courteous, professional service, I recommend visiting another Osco location - there are plenty where the pharmacists treat customers with respect.

My insurance doesn’t cover this inhaler and the pharmacy did not even offer to look for a discount for it. They are the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I would go to Walgreens but insurance doesn’t allow that. Yes, i have an insurance problem but it is as if Osco seeks to make it worse.
