- LCL CornelOct 19, 20251.0I stopped by the Osco Pharmacy in Elburn on Sunday (10/19) around 2 p.m., and the pharmacist on duty couldn’t have been ruder. I asked a simple question about a product on the shelf, and he responded with, “You don’t need to yell,” even though I was speaking in a normal tone. It was clear he didn’t want to be bothered with my question. If you’re looking for courteous, professional service, I recommend visiting another Osco location - there are plenty where the pharmacists treat customers with respect.

My insurance doesn’t cover this inhaler and the pharmacy did not even offer to look for a discount for it. They are the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I would go to Walgreens but insurance doesn’t allow that. Yes, i have an insurance problem but it is as if Osco seeks to make it worse.

- APAleilah PratherJul 30, 20251.0Soha, Victoria, and the pharmacist women whose name starts with a M, are beyond rude and condescending. I clarified what time my prescription would be ready and it was not ready 30 minutes before I got there and I had to wait another 15 minutes after the time they told me. When I asked why Victoria was rude. I went into get my prescription and as I walked up to the counter Soha was on the phone with a customer and was laughing because the lady was mad. Soha and the pharmacist both were making fun of her and were laughing telling her to calm down. Then proceeded to put her on hold with 3 other people for a while before answering again. After that Soha went to grab my prescription and it was laying on the floor in the bag.., thought that was weird. I then asked who I spoke to on the phone and in the drive through and it was Victoria, which I have had issues with before for her attitude and rudeness. Overall, just a terrible experience, once again.
