    Visited for ENT Apt, everyone was extremely kind to my daughter during each procedure needed. We arrived early, were seen early, and moved through several procedures efficiently. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

    Make sure they have everything correct with your billing and insurance before they submit. They flat out refused to correct a billing issue that they messed up and resubmit it to insurance. Insurance couldn’t pay it since it was incorrect so I got sent to collections. My insurance even called them to show them the mistake and they wouldn’t correct it and resubmit it.

    My daughter has been at this location since she was 1 she is now 10, she was a patient with Dr. Judd who was great and in the middle of a large amount of testing to try and find the cause of what she was experiencing her doctor moved one hour and twenty minutes away which we went there for a follow up on the test she was ordered. Doing this required me to sign to have those text sent to her new office at which no one told me that if we did that she could no longer be seen at this location. Now my daughter is sick and we have to go to the ER bc they will not accept her back as a patient….never given a reason as to why other then it’s their policy….no one told us this ever before we requested to have the test sent over to her doctors new location. The drive is obviously long for sick visits which I actually told the office when asked if we would be moving completely I told them no we just needed to have her doctor finish the test that she ordered to get some answers after almost a year of figuring it out. Point of this is the office is acting like they are gatekeepers and that if you move for any reason you’re not allowed back for any reason….over the last almost 10 years never had an issue with this place until now office manager Tracey said it was her call so she could have made an exception especially for a patient that has been there for that length of time and has never “caused problems” as Tracey said that is why they don’t take people back bc “they could have had a bad experience”….make that make sense please! Even if I gave birth to another child they wouldn’t see that child because of my daughter being a previous patient. Really could have made an exception for this especially when your staff failed to communicate this “policy”.

    We drove 40 minutes for my son’s appointment after the local urgent care recommended this place for his elbow injury. We arrived and were told we could not be seen for his appointment because we did not have X-Rays on us. It would’ve been nice to know when we scheduled the appointment that we’d need to provide that on a disc but instead, we wasted time and gas.
