Without going through my long story, Went to return my hearing aids within the 30 days and was told that I have a 20% return fee along with the shipping and handling cost which is signed with my initials. 20% is the total cost of the hearing aids not the $1,000 put down for ordering. The 20% came to $649.00 plus shipping and handling (whatever cost they want to put on that). Sadly for me the original $1,000 deposit probably will not be returned to me unless they see how shady this really is.
