  I’ve never had a problem with the Kroger Pharmacy in East Peoria. Everyone is so nice and helpful. We get our vaccinations there also. I think Andrea, Shannon and the rest of the staff are super!

  I am disgusted with the way they treat their clients. I try to call in a couple medication’s, And spoke with Dawn. She was incredibly rude and condescending. Would not let me speak at all. Kept asking me if I had my bottle nearby when I’m trying to refill something over the phone. I am done with it. When I spoke with Andrea all she said was people get frustrated. Well yes yes they do and so do I but she couldn’t be professional at all.

  I've had multiple poor experiences with the Kroger Pharmacy in East Peoria. This past Saturday involved the main pharmacist that I see frequently at this location. She was rude and seemed agitated when I asked a simple question in regards to a prescription that I needed filled that day. It was such a poor customer experience that I left the store and headed down the road to Walgreens. I've had 2 other occasions that I've called to confirm that my prescription was received from the doctors office and the staff on the phone is very unsure how to answer my questions and not helpful at all. Both situations involved multiple calls between my doctor's office and the pharmacy before they could fill the prescription. I guess the order was sitting in some digital inbox that the pharmacy staff failed to find initially. I reported this issue to Kroger and received a generic response. I don't expect anything to change.
