  Went in to pick up creatine, dude behind the counter asked me if I was over 18 (I am) and told me “Oh, Pritzker just signed the law we have to card for that now. We’ve had stings come in and try to buy stuff.” When I pushed back, pointing out I’ve purchased similar products at other locations without being carded. He said those places are exempt for some unspecified reason. Dude never actually looked at my ID and still sold me the sups, but that was a weird interaction.

  This is my favorite experience for Denis, snacks, and bulk powders. Isaac is THE reason I stayed and renewed my membership. He makes the shopping experience feel like a personable real piece of the community rather than just a corporate shell. I’ve been to many stores over multiple states but this one is doing it right. Whatever he is doing makes me want to return.

  Guy that processed my in-store pick up basically tried guilt tripping me for placing an online order saying how he doesn’t get credit for the sale. Like just put the supplements in the bag lil bro and let me get on with my day. If GNC doesn’t give you credit then take up with your higher ups, not to me.
