  I rented a ramp from these folks so that mom could come to our house for Christmas. They were helpful and professional in every way. Best experience I have ever had.

  I contacted Bobby about my wheelchair ramp not functioning on my 2008 Town and Country mobility van. After explaining my issue to him over the phone he kindly suggested that maybe I should have the vehicle battery checked before scheduling a service appointment. The battery was only two years old and still under warranty with O'Reilly Auto parts. Upon the battery check it did register that the battery had an issue so it was replaced free of charge. Problem was solved as the wheelchair ramp then functioned normally once again. I called Bobby back at his request and informed him that the problem was solved. I can't thank Bobby enough for his help and I would highly recommend that anyone who has a mobility van who unfortunately experiences a need for service to contact Bobby at ADA Total Access Inc. for help. Thanks again Bobby!

  I highly recommend this company. They went above and beyond for us. When we first contacted them to the tihe time we needed installation, our situation changed and they accommodated our needs. Gary, who sold us the stairlift, the installer and customer service were all awesome. You cannot go wrong with this family owned company.
