She said "first your name" & then she goes "&.." I didn't know what she meant by that for I thought she was going to ask another question. I was like "oh" & so just took a guess & said "it was about the zepbound". The lady behind her on another computer was friendly & think she looked me up why I was talking to the one waiting on me. I mean she act like she didn't want to wait on anyone was no smile & how are you or may I help you. She also said about something Idr "so maybe you would want to go back to Walgreens to stay with them." What would that have to do with anything for how insurances do anywhere from one pharmacy to another. Idk.
