Sculpt is my favorite but I enjoy the Hot series as well. They even added Pilates and other special classes monthly which is so nice! The instructors are really friendly and great and keep me coming back!

Y6 has a great facility, super convenient location in Downtown Downers Grove across from the Main Street Metra station. Parking was easy to find at 5pm on a Friday. As I mentioned, it was a challenging workout but a lot of fun with the St Patrick’s Day theme. I’ll definitely be back.

However, as soon as I got there the staff was very friendly and I felt comfortable right away. I would definitely recommend any classes there and for sure do a class with Christy too. She is an amazing trainer who has great energy.
