Doctor is absolutely amazing as well as the measurement lady. The front desk older madam seems to get attitude easily for some reason, that threw me off, but she was helpful still. Took 95 minutes for the eye exam for some reason. But good service nonetheless.

I can’t say enough great things about this place. The sales staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and the doctors were amazing kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. I felt valued and well cared for the entire time.

When I purchased my glasses here, I paid an extra $35 for the "Eyewear Protection Plan" to ensure I wouldn't be left without my specific frames if they were damaged. Now that I’ve tried to use it, the experience has been a nightmare of broken promises. After paying my $25 co-pay for a frame replacement, I have been stuck in limbo for over a month and a half. The store spent weeks "trying" to order my frame before finally claiming it was discontinued. This is where they stopped following the legal contract I purchased. The Terms and Conditions of this plan explicitly state that if a product cannot be repaired or replaced with the same model, then "at [the customer's] option, we may issue you a check for the original purchase price of the product". Despite this clear language, the store manager Bree is refused to issue a check and is instead trying to force me to pick an "equivalent" frame from their current stock that I do not want. They are ignoring the "at your option" clause of their own contract and effectively holding my money hostage. Do not buy the protection plan at this location. They are happy to take the upfront fee, but they do not honor the actual terms of the agreement when a claim is made. I am still waiting for the reimbursement check I am legally entitled to under this plan.

The staff was amazingly helpful in assisting me with an issue I had while I was traveling. They showed great patience while dealing with the stress of the holiday season.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
