- RGRay GreshammerAug 8, 20251.0This used to be a good hearing aid center but since the buy out by Audionova they have been nonexistent. No one answers the phone, the new address is being used by some other company and nobody responds to messages. I’m going to find another place.
- LLLauren LynchAug 30, 20235.0I bought my hearing aids from Connect Hearing located in Westmont. I highly recommend them! Dr. Kelsey Dougherty, the audiologist, was very knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time during my evaluation and explained everything throughly. She also has been available for several office visits to explain and calibrate my aids. She is very personable and patient with me and I feel very comfortable with her. Both her and her office assistant, Galatina, were also very helpful getting my reimbursement from my insurance! It seems these guys don’t aim for less and they make you feel you are in good hands from start to finish. They did not provide poor service and did not stop smiling during my entire visit. Of course I am being sarcastic. The staff was fantastic left and right. Thank you!!
