  Not a good experienced. It is actually a zero star but unfortunately there was none. My husband had an appointment about 3 yrs ago, but was cancelled and they move it to another facility but my husband was not notified. Then last Friday he had a scheduled appointment again. We were there outside the clinic, waiting because there was a sign that they are going to call us when the appointment time comes. Waited 5 mins, 10 mins, 15 mins then we called the number on the flyers telling us it was cancelled again. And the lady who answered our call is trying to give us again another appointment but we declined. We just told her “ thank you Audio Nova”. And we hang up the phone. I told my husband whenever there’s a flyer from the mail, discard it right away. Don’t ever spend time, waste your time, waste gasoline going to their clinic for nothing. Once again” thank you Audio Nova”.

  Dr David Taylor was very thorough and kind and patient with my mother. He compared her previous hearing test to her current test and explained the findings in layman’s terms for easy understanding.

  Great company, and one we have trusted for over 5 years for my husband’s hearing aids. They are attentive and transparent in their sales and service, and really stand behind their products. Ask for Dr. David Taylor, if you are in the western suburbs! He was so helpful, so patient and knowledgeable, and great at all aspects of buying hearing aids.
