  10/10 ! I seriously can’t say enough good things about Eye Express Vision. Amber went above and beyond for me. I’m super indecisive, and she spent hours helping me go through probably 30+ pairs of glasses without ever making me feel rushed or like I was being a bother. She was so patient and really cared about helping me find what felt right. When I came back another day, we ended up picking two totally different pairs! Amber and her coworker who was training were both amazing. They gave me so much education on things I’ve never learned anywhere else like how to actually wear my glasses right, take care of the lenses, and all these little details no one had ever told me before. That’s honestly why I recommend this place so much. They really care and take the time to teach you, not just sell you something. Emile, Faith, and Alana were also incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Whether it was picking styles, adjusting frames, or helping with my insurance, they made everything so easy and fun. The manager and the rest of the team were just as great friendly, honest, and genuinely caring. They have a huge selection of frames, sometimes even same-day lenses, and everyone there makes you feel welcome. The eye exam place is in the same building but a different company, just a heads-up. One of the sweetest touches is that they even have a little “puppy pub” outside a small doggy water station for furry friends! And inside, you can donate your used glasses to the Lions Club, which I think is truly amazing. Honestly, the best vision place in the county, and Amber definitely deserves a raise!

  The customer service was great! We really had fun picking out frames with all the ladies there. We were actually dreading going but they made it fun and really help me pick out frames I actually love.

  I had the most incredible experience at this glasses shop! From start to finish, everything was seamless and surprisingly fast they did my eye exam and had my glasses ready the same day. I didn’t even know that was possible! But the real highlight? Emilee. She wasn’t just helpful, she made the experience shopping for glasses comfortable. We instantly clicked, and it felt like reconnecting with an old friend. Her warmth and energy turned a routine appointment into something I no longer dreaded.

  Nothing but an amazing experience! Everyone greeted me with a smile, helpful, and friendly. Amber is amazing!! She helped me pick out frames and was very honest! I wanted her to tell me which looked good and which didn’t suit me well. She did a great job! I will only be coming here from now on. I also want to give a shout out to the manager who was also extremely nice and welcoming!

  So, I hate retail eye care stores. I really do. Even the more traditional one in DeKalb lacks customer service. One brow-beats you into buying green pills and over-priced frames, another has a great optometrist but their prices are through the roof. Yes, we have been to most of the retail eye care joints in this town. But, one may be about to stand out in the crowd. Eyemart. A rather new player in town. They didn't build a fancy new office out of the money they milked customers out of, forcing little green pills down their throats. They have seemingly built their business on customer service and reasonable prices. Plus, some glasses are ready on the same day! Our experience there was quite pleasurable. Heck, even the General Manager was out of her office more than she was in it. Impressive! Emilee was a joy to work with, as were the others. There seems to be a good symbiosis between the team members there, which makes for a strong team that is seen by the customers. We enjoyed our time there and it wasn't high-pressure. The sales approach was very consultative. They showed that they knew how to align with their customers, listening to their needs and basing suggestions on their customer needs, not what the salesperson wants to sell. Your store is new, but already you seem to be making an impression on the community. You need to stand out above the rest, and your business model reflects that. Keep up the good work! And remember; a happy customer will tell five people about their experience. An unhappy will tell 20. If you keep up the level of customer service we saw during our three visits, your store will thrive and grow!
