He noticed I was gathering a ton of frames and offered to set them on the table, then helped me narrow things down so my daughter would not walk into thirty pairs waiting for her after her exam. He was amazing. So patient, thoughtful, and he had great feedback. He helped me pick not two but three pairs and then helped my daughter choose her glasses and sunglasses too. He has a great eye for what works and what does not and somehow made the whole process fun. I am genuinely looking forward to picking out my yearly glasses now that I know Dimitri will be there to help. Wonderful experience from start to finish.
