- SMSki Maine1 day ago3.0Great gym. I wish the weights would go higher than 75 lbs, but for the price, it’s alright. Unfortunately, there are no Hacksquats or Racks, just Smith machines. The gym is always very clean, and the staff are always nice. The gym is usually empty on the weekends too.

Front desk staff and members are great but the lighting which some may think is too dim is actually perfect for reading the closed captioning from the televisions! Now I get it. Ditto for some of the massage chairs. They're smaller than others' but a just-right fit for shorter members.

Unfortunately, this place is either way under staffed or the management doesn’t really care about customer service. Most of the time during the evenings there is no one at the desk to use the “Black Card” amenities. Please either make the message chairs self service or have a team member at the desk to assist paying members.
