Dean, the managing Pharmacist has been compassionate and helpful whatever our problems or needs have been over the years! I wish I could say the same for other pharmacies, such as Walgreens, CVS and Sam’s Club to name a few! Depending on the prescription most of the pharmacists as well as the pharmaceutical technician assistants at these other pharmacy’s have behaved as though they were in a pisistion of authoritative rather than that of customer service!! Actually the younger pharmacist new to the workforce, I don’t know what they’re teaching in pharmacy school but it sounds more like a Boot Camp. LOL They behaved in a discriminatory fashion depending on what type of Prescription you were filling. They forget you are the client, consumer, customer and without you they wouldn’t have a job in essence it’s the consumers that are supporting their jobs. Thank God for Dean who still remembers customer service and bedside manner is very important, and greatly appreciated when you’re counting on your pharmacist to take care of whatever it is you need to feel better or stay healthy!
