- AGAaron GreenbergDec 17, 20255.0Never been in better shape in my life. Corepower is the best, and the instructors here are wonderful. I’m at 77 total classes, I try to hit about 3-4 per week. Mostly Sculpt but C2, Strength X, or C1 too to keep things well rounded. The monthly rate is very reasonable if you go often enough. Love it here!

By no means am I the most in shape person, but I take sculpt regularly and was the 5th person to leave class early. If majority of your class can’t keep up due to the heat that is something to notice. Most instructors I’ve taken don’t even turn the heat on in the summer time

She is extremely nice and made me feel very comfortable, even though I am new to yoga. All the instructors are amazing! I feel great after taking their classes, and definitely felt stronger after just a few weeks going there. I am hooked! Highly recommend trying them!
