By no means am I the most in shape person, but I take sculpt regularly and was the 5th person to leave class early. If majority of your class can’t keep up due to the heat that is something to notice. Most instructors I’ve taken don’t even turn the heat on in the summer time

I initially joined because of the hot yoga, but now I find each class offers me something different. The teachers, and the atmosphere is very inviting, and although I knew nothing about yoga when I started the teachers took time to educate me and help me in anyway they could. Jill is a great manager, and together with the other teachers has built a wonderful community.
