Club Pilates Deerfield is a boutique Pilates studio specializing in reformer fusion classes for anyone, at any age or fitness level. Pure to Joseph Pilates’ original Reformer-based Contrology Method, but modernized with group practice and expanded state-of-the-art equipment, Club Pilates offers high-quality, life-changing training at a surprisingly affordable price.
Deerfield has been removing their 6 am classes during the week, although the class of full. Instructors are amazing but a few needed to change their schedule and there seems to be no other plan, this has been since the fall. Many of us have contacted the manager Nicole, but there has been no response. Now only 6 am classes are Wednesday and Friday. Love, love the instructors here but if you work and need any early class, join with caution as it seems like class times are changing with no plan to hire instructors for the early class.

Really sad to have to leave this review but this is now the 2nd time I’ve come in early for a class and the instructor just hasn’t shown. Today was during a snowstorm so it’s extra annoying. Would love to have been given some communication prior to driving all the way to class at 7 in the morning.

You NEED to take a class with Emily P. For a flow 1 class she really kicked my butt! Awesome instructor, easy to understand her verbal cues, and she adds a lot of variety to the class so it doesn’t feel boring or routine. I always tell myself if you start resenting your instructor a little throughout the class - that means they’re a great instructor. She was awesome - definitely coming back to take another one of her classes.

Club Pilates Deerfield is conveniently located and dons a beautiful space with brand new equipment. The instructors are wonderful and you will never get the same workouts twice! Allison (Ally) and Jenny O are the best!!

Beware of Club Pilates in Highland Park. In March, they charged me for 4 classes to be used over the next month. They closed a few days later due to COVID-19. No problem, closing was the right thing to do. In April, I sent them a note saying I wanted to indefinitely suspend my "membership." Our family has two "at risk" people so even if the state said they could open, I would not be willing to take the risk. I got no response. Now they are ready to open again so I contacted them again and said I wanted my money back for the 4 classes I couldn't use and wanted to put a hold on my membership indefinitely as I had said in my April note. They wanted to charge me a fee every month to do this. I said "no". Then they wanted me to pay a fee to cancel my "membership" even though I gave them the required notice in April. I said "no." Now they are sending a $500+ "cancellation fee" to a collection agency. In my opinion, these practices are unethical given the times we are all living in. There are other places to workout with businesses that understand that the customer comes first.
