  I went to sensible hearing for some loss in my right ear Stephanie was so nice and helpful I git some really good hearing aides the staff if nothing but kind.i recommend going here

  Edited to add: my father-in-law JUST called me to say that as soon as he walked in, he was asked "Is David your son-in-law? We read his review and figured it was you!" 11/14/2025 😆 My father-in-law is a very stubborn man and is incredibly hard to please (he usually only tips $5 no matter the size of the restaurant bill) so when he asked me to give this place a glowing review on his behalf I knew this was legit. He first tried his usual place of 10 years for hearing aids and was told the earliest he could be seen was 5 weeks away. But coming here, he was seen immediately on a Thursday afternoon and told his order would take about a week; he got a call Monday saying they were available already! Excellent service, unbelievable delivery and the best communication possible.

  Alyssa was an outstanding Technician fitting and explaining how my new hearings aids work . I especially appreciated the time she spent explaining all of the many features. She assured me not to hesitate to call if I had any questions what so ever. She was a pleasure to work with.
