I then received a week's notice that the appointments had been cancelled and couldn't be rescheduled together until October at the earliest. We drive from Champaign to this office and their lack of communication and short notice is astounding. I understand things come up, but to be less than accommodating when needing to reschedule shows a complete lack of care or concern for their patients. We are extremely disappointed and will not be back.

My exam.was COMPLETELY thorough from start to finish. Dr. Smith has impeccable bedside manner! He takes his time and is very detailed when explaining things as he goes along.
