  I will recommend Avid Help @ Home To Any & Everyone looking for caregicing services. The office team is amazing. Emily is polite and understanding. Lori customer service is patience and upbeat. Jess...Jess is amazing and someone who we need more in the field and profession. Decatur office team will always be there for you and help you through. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.   Lori is trash i use to work for this company until my 1 year old daughter fell ill and was in and out of hospital's and Jessica told me that she was a single mother she understood what I was going through and because I didn't have any clients at the moment take the time I need and she would call me back when they actually had clients for me to see how my daughters health was going never received a call back so I called to follow up for 3 weeks Lori claimed that she would have Jessica call me back today i called back and a new girl Hailey told me that Lori said they didn't have any clients in Decatur. She's a coward she didn't even have the respect to personally speak to me she had a young lady that had no clue what was going on handle her mess I'm filing a wrongful termination lawsuit you don't treat people like that I don't recommend anyone working here they treat their employees like slaves they are rude and nasty to employees and offen promise bonuses that you never receive.

  Ashley Houston has been my caregiver for the past two years through the current avid agency. Ashley has followed through with providing the required hours in my service contract. She is punctual, is very respectful, considerate, attentive towards my safety and whereabouts when we are out in the community. We share good communication skills, when she is unable to my home, she informs her employer with enough time for them to find a sub. Avid health agency has always returned my phone calls promptly, they are always polite, attentive and respectful to my needs and requests.

  The management at Avid is very responsive and works hard to keep caregivers motivated and heard, knowing that clients receive the best care from caregivers that are well-trained and well cared for.

  I have been working at avid health at home for 2 years, I truly appreciate the way Jessica and Lori care for the caregivers and clients making sure all needs are supported. I highly recommend other caregivers to apply. 😊
