She calmed my doubts immediately saying… “the last thing I’m going to do today is fit you with hearing aids if you don’t need them or they won’t work for you.” She gave me a complete exam and was able to let me hear for myself if hearing aids are for me. It was truly a miracle I wasn’t expecting! There are sounds I didn’t even know I was missing. Thank you Kayla! You are the best thing that ever happened to me and my family is grateful I can finally hear & UNDERSTAND them. 😊
