  I had a great experience here today. I am an anxious doctor's office visitor, and within a few minutes of starting the rounds, I had forgotten about my anxiety, and didn't realize it until I got back out to my car. The wait was short, the office was appropriately staffed, and my visit flowed smoothly. The staff was caring, personable, and thorough, especially Kira! Thank you for your excellent care!

  When I was diagnosed with macular degeneration, I was referred to the Retina Institute of Illinois. I am always impressed by the care and friendliness of the entire staff here. From the front desk, to each tech doing each individual test, to Dr. Rao, all questions are answered, and patients are treated with patience, care, and respect. With the help, advice, and care I have received here, my macular degeneration has not gotten any worse, and my vision is still good, 20/20 when wearing my glasses. I highly recommend the Retina Institute of Illinois.

  i came here because of a shadow and lights flashing in my eyes. they did quite a few tests on my eyes. everybody here was nice and respectful. doctor ru-ik chee checked me out for a long time and had to give me a special treatment for my right eye. he did everything he could to make me feel comfortable. i am very pleased with the service i was given here and also extremely happy that they took me on such short notice.

  The staff is very friendly and professional. I arrived about 15 minutes early for my appointment and was seen immediately. I have a high level of confidence in the care that I received.
