  I came in yesterday to pick up my antibiotic prescription through the Drive Up and Go program because I was suffering from a sinus infection and pink eye. The treatment I received from your associates was completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I was first told that my prescription was not ready and that my doctor had not sent it in. This was untrue. I had already received a text message clearly stating that my prescription was ready, along with the pickup code. Despite providing this information, another associate came out with a dismissive and rude attitude, telling me they did not have my order, that prescription orders could not be handled through Drive Up and Go, and that I needed to come inside to retrieve it myself. It was only after speaking with Teresa, the pharmacist, that I was informed my prescription was indeed ready and that the delay was due to the Drive Up and Go staff not bringing it out. I appreciate her professionalism and clarification. To make matters worse, when the prescription was finally brought to my vehicle, the male associate threw it through my passenger window after I provided the pickup code. This behavior was disrespectful and completely inappropriate. This entire experience demonstrated a lack of communication, professionalism, and basic customer service.

  I went to this Osco because I needed my prescription and they are the only 24 hour around me. Anyways I went in about 20 mins early because I wanted to look at makeup and a couple other things before I picked it up. I was looking at some cleaning supplies and I hear 'CAN I HELP YOU?) I ANSWERED NO thank you I'M GOOD JUST LOOKING. So I was than looking at some eyeshadow and all of a sudden JIM THE OVER NIGHT MAN THAT WORKS THERE GOES UP THE ISLE I WAS IN AND AGAIN HE ASKED CAN I HELP YOU AND AGAIN I SAID NO THANK YOU, I ALSO SAID I'M WAITING FOR A PRESCRIPTION AND JIM STROMED BY ME AND ACTUALLY WENT TO THE PHARMACY AND ACTUALLY ASKED THE PHARMACIST IF THERE A PRESCRIPTION THAT IS WAITING TO BE PICKUP UP. SO HE CAME DOWN THE ISLE I WAS AGAIN AND WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND SAID THERE NO PRESCRIPTION WAITING FOR YOU AND I SAID "WHAT" WHO ASKED YOU TO CHECK MY PERSONAL INFORMARION AND HOW WOULD HE EVEN KNOW WHO THE HELL I WAS. I WAS SO UNCOMFORTABLE FOR THE 1ST TIME AT A OSCO LOCATION. SO I WENT TO THE PHARMACY AND THE STORE MANAGER WAS THERE TALKING WITH THE PHARMACIST AND I SAID "WHO GIVES HIM THE RIGHT TO ASK PERSONAL INFORMARION ABOUT A PRESCRIPTION WHICH IS A HIPPA VIOLATION BIG TIME. ANYWAYS I DID TALK TO THE OVER NIGHT MANAGER AND MADE A COMPLAINT AND TALK TO THE PHARMACIST AND MANAGER AND SAID HOW UNCOMFORTABLE AND RUDE "JIM" WAS AND NOSEY. I TOLD HIM I DID NOT NEED HIS HELP I TOLD HIM I WAS FINE. JIM IN THE FURTURE MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS AND DON'T ASK SOMEONE ABOUT THERE PERSONAL INFORMARION ITS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS AT ALL!!! THERE A 24 HOUR STORE FOR THATS FOR CUSTOMES THAT NEED THOSE HOURS. I REALLY HOPE THIS IS ADDRESSED!! 4/27/2025 I WANT TO ADD "THAT THE STORE MANAGER AND PHARMACIST WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND MADE ME FEEL THAT THIS WILL BE ADDRESSED ASAP. I HOPE THIS WILL BE. THANK YOU.
