I was in there several times cause I could not see out of my glasses. There was a problem that wasn’t noticed when they made my prescription, the doctor didn’t see it. I had a stigma so I couldn’t see out of my glasses so I dealt with it over and over trying to get my glasses fixed. Finally, I did. John was very helpful. Very experience was able to get me some new lenses. He picked it up right away that I had stigma ordered the new lenses put them right in very happy. I’m glad John found The problem he looked at my old glasses, came back and said you have a stigma. Apparently the doctor didn’t pick that up so at first I was very unhappy cause I really need my glasses to see for work but John terrific he’s very kind and friendly I for sure will come back just to see him and hopefully next time I don’t have the same problem, but it did take some time out of everything I had to do. I had to take off work two days to come back-and-forth to be able to come the days that John works but well worth it. Thank you John.

He clearly explained my options, took the time to address my concerns about lens thickness, and gave me a realistic timeframe for when to expect my glasses, which I really appreciated. I’m extremely happy with the results of my glasses and lenses they turned out exactly how I hoped. Geoff’s attention to detail and customer care really stood out. I couldn’t be more satisfied and would highly recommend working with Geoff!
- LSLukasz SzelaDec 19, 20251.0I’m a repeat, customer and it was not a good experience two years ago, and this time exact same thing. Was charged 3 time because someone forgot to do it right the first time. Than first delay as I was told Machine that makes the lenses was broken and they forgot which frames I chose yet I payed over $700 for it. Than Second delay, as my lenses did not pass inspection so had to start all over. When I asked for the corporate number I was told that this is a franchisee and that they do not answer to corporate office. Overall whole attitude was very negative. My family and I will not be going back to this place .
