The lens took a couple days to get but to have replacements put in it took 2 or three weeks because Pearl Vision only has one guy that that do the job. I received my glasses and I noticed after I left the frames were broken. I called right away and got them in. To get replacement frames it was weeks and weeks. They finally came in and again there is only one guy that works only Tuesdays and Fridays, both are bad because my job does not allow me to come in on Tuesday or Fridays. It took the guy two minutes to replace them. From start to finish it was 4 months.

Friendly and knowledgeable doc and staff. Even though they are not my primary eye center I can always count on this location in a pinch.
