I received all my training here, if I have a doubt, question or problem regarding work I simply pick up the phone and get an answer, if there is a requirement for a task I have no experience in - I call and at a time that is convenient for me I come to the office to receive training and coaching. In this company, they take care of a good relationship between the employees, activities together, greetings and thanks. The staff at the crystal lake office are kind, patient and understanding. They work with their employees and they’ll create a work schedule that is right for you. Communication is always efficient and the staff is always there when you need them. Most importantly, if you as an employee are ever experiencing a work related issue, the staff always does their best to work with you and help compartmentalize any problems.
