Very knowledgeable of how the glasses should fit and their functionality. She is also very honest, she’ll let you know if a particular frame is simply not for you! Have not had to send anything back for corrections, always spot on with what was discussed! Thanks Dyani!

- AGAli GonzalezSep 10, 20251.0I strongly recommend avoiding this Pearle Vision location—or any Pearle Vision—for your optical needs. I brought in my frames to have prescription lenses made. They told me it would take 2–3 weeks, which I thought was extreme, but I agreed. Five days later, they contacted me to say they couldn’t add transitions. Fine, I accepted that. Then after 3.5 weeks, they reached out again saying the lenses failed inspection and it would take another 10 days. Never in my life has it taken more than three days to have lenses made. There was no apology, no sense of urgency, and not even when I went in to pick up my frames and request a refund. You’d be making a huge mistake trusting their services. If this is how they handle lenses, imagine what their eye exams must be like.
