We are a locally owned, full-service health club. We have been serving the local area since 1983. Our facility features an indoor swimming pool, separate men's and women's whirlpools and saunas, a huge free-weight room, a full circuit of Nautilus strength training and toning equipment, tons of cardio, a new turf room, and free childcare services. Our laid-back but highly motivated atmosphere is loved by all who walk through our doors.
