    Barre 3 has something for everyone! No crazy pressure or expectations! You can modify your workouts to what you need with awesome guidance from the instructors!

    Barre3 is such an effective and accessible workout! Sarah is a fantastic instructor and does a great job using her words to help you create engagement and connection throughout your body. This was my first time taking Mindful flow and it was everything I wanted it to be and more!

    Barre3 CH was SO welcoming. I come to Barre3 while I am in town visiting my parents; I’m from Portland Oregon. Sarah V, Sarah P and Tara were all so lovely and it really felt like they wanted you to get the most out of class! With the stress of visiting family, coming to Barre3 every morning was the perfect release and awesome way to move my body!! I will be coming back every time I am in town. Thanks for being so welcoming ladies!!

    We did a class with Sarah as part of a school fundraiser and it was great! Sarah was very spunky, energetic, and motivating! She encouraged us to go at our own pace, which I needed since this was my first time doing this. I felt great afterwards and am signing up for more classes. Thanks Sarah!

    I have never been to an exercise class that is so much fun! Just when you feel like you’re gonna die they switch it up. Just try it, you’ll be so glad you did and so proud of yourself for making it through! 😅
