The store was busy. He was so very helpful. We were a family of 3 & bought several frames. Sunglasses, readers & 2 prescription glasses. Eric made our purchases simple, and even recommended an eye exam later in the day so our daughter could get her new glasses that she needed! His customer service was incredible!

- AHAndrea HelmsMar 20, 20265.0Bri and Eric to the rescue! I normally go to the Southport location but I had to be in the loop for some appointments and errands, and did a stupid thing. I took off in a hurry from home wearing my computer glasses which are pretty much useless for seeing anything more than about 10 feet away. I didn't realize what I'd done until I arrived downtown, and didn't have time to go all the way back home in Uptown without missing my appointment. So I took a chance and stopped in to the Gold Coast location to see if they might have a pair of contacts in my prescription to get me through a few hours. With no appointment I waited only a few minutes and was greeted by Bri then helped by Eric who saved the day and provided me with an emergency set of contacts. They were friendly and helpful, and I was on my way within a few minutes able to see again. Great success!
