  When I first came here, my experience was okay. I came because I really needed contact lenses, and the location is close to my job. However, they do take a long time to see patients. A few days later, I called to confirm whether my insurance was in-network. My insurance company verified that it was. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone was very unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. When I asked my questions, she said she was busy and needed to take care of other customers. I understand being busy, but I am also a customer. She spoke to me in a disrespectful tone, raised her voice, and then placed me on hold. I was left waiting for about an hour, which is unacceptable. When I went in person, I also experienced inconsistency regarding my insurance. I was told it was not accepted, even though my insurance had confirmed it was in-network. Additionally, one staff member made comments out loud about my contact lenses being “the cheapest,” instead of speaking to me privately, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. I would not recommend coming here unless it is absolutely necessary. The level of service and professionalism does not reflect a 5-star business—in my opinion, it deserves a 0.

  Dicen que tienen citas sin agenda antes de las 2:00 pm y cuando regresas ya te informan que el día cambia dependiendo de cuantos optometristas tienen muy mala la atención de la recepción!!
