  I’ve been a customer of Smoke Dreams on N broadway in Uptown for the past 6 years and really appreciate their outstanding customer service over the years from Erick and the others. Also the prices are so much better than any other smoke shop on the north side. I’ve moved to another neighborhood a few years back and no other shop ess ever remotely as helpful and welcoming and additionally they all charge crazy prices in comparison. This is the only place I will go.

  Amazing shop, great location, best selection of glass and other devices in chicago! I always regret going to any other place - this has been my #1 head shop for 5+ years. The prices are amazing, they’ll do their best to give you the best price possible, and the service is top-notch. I will always be going here! The guy behind the counter is so helpful and friendly! I think his name is Erik. He’s on a first name basis with regular customers, and is extremely knowledgeable about all of the merchandise (which is a lot). He’s helped me pick out a few of my favorite items. He’s kind to people even when they’re being difficult or demanding, and he does a really good job of keeping the shop safe.

  Some of the finest customer service on Earth. Amazing place with best selection in town, and they always match prices without fail. My favorite person is Eric, who always makes me feel safe in the shop, knowledgeable about how I’m spending my money, and so satisfied with my purchase. Never shop anywhere else.

  I’m new to Chicago, and desperately needed a shop to get an inaugural piece. Luckily, I found this shop that stays open later than some others. Willie Nelson would probably be overwhelmed in this place. The prices were nice. The selection is fun and had a lot of pop culture references. (My favorite was the mangonada piece. Reminded me of Texas.) Erick was super helpful, and very patient with my questions. We eventually settled on this cute pipe, pictured below. Definitely check it out! I’ll be back soon!
