  The lab tech was so rude that it’s been a week and I’m still thinking how someone can be so mean for no reason. You walk in. There’s a small wait. They take you in and then this lab tech just has a huge attitude while reading my script, I tried to clarify what it may say, and she got even angrier. I ended up leaving without getting the blood test. No one needs to get needles poked into them by an angry person.

  Deja was amazing! I told her I pass out for bloodwork and she took all the precautions to help me out! Thank you! It’s downtown and parking is a nightmare so plan accordingly

  I had an excellent experience at Quest Diagnostics. I did not schedule an appointment prior and walked in. I was able to have my blood drawn in 30 minutes. I researched how to get there, as some have complained they could not find it. I walked into the building, and the security staff told me to go to floor 15. I walked into the office and checked in at the kiosk answering a few simple questions. I get a bit uneasy about having my blood drawn, but Tiffany was wonderful. She had such a calm and reassuring voice. She told me everything that that we would be doing and took extra care as she drew my blood. Before I knew it, it was done. Tiffany made sure I was feeling okay before letting me know how and when I should expect my results. She was really fantastic! I had a great experience here and recommend it. For peace of mind, do a basic search of the address so you can get familiar with where you are going. It helped for me. :)

  I previously had good experiences at this Quest Diagnostics location. The check-in process is easy, and my appointments have always been on time. However, the phlebotomist made the blood draw incredibly painful this time, and my arm was left significantly bruised. It has now been five days, and the bruising is still very visible. For patients with smaller veins, PLEASE use a butterfly needle or smaller needle to prevent this. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location out of fear of this happening again.
