  I accompanied a friend for their wisdom teeth removal, and while the individual staff was courteous, when we arrived the following sequence of events occured. The quote we received was significantly more than the quote given over the phone, and my friend informed them she was willing to use their payment plan, which is through a third party. As we began going through the process to apply for this third party payment plan, they requested information that I felt was unsafe to give, though my friend had little other choice, and filled out the application as required. It took a half hour extra, delaying the appointment, and at the end my friend was denied on the basis that their bank isn't common enough. We were told the only other payment plan option required us to pay interest, and they would not operate without payment upfront, either through approval of a payment plan or through paying the entire amount today. That is an incredibly predatory practice, in my opinion, and altogether delayed the appointment time by almost a full hour. My friend will not be returning, I will personally never allow this practice to operate on myself, and I will be encouraging anyone I know to avoid this place and their sketchy behavior.

  Awful woman in billing. CANNOT GET OVER THE WOMAN IN BILLING. Told me over the phone a quote in the 3 digits, actual quote when I got there was in 4 digits. Terrible, sketchy payment plan options that took forever to apply for and didn't even work. Paid upfront and felt scammed. Getting my follow up with the doctor I know and trust. She kept smiling at me like that was going to make it better but I felt like a zoo animal. Came off as patronizing. Otherwise the staff was helpful but yikes.

  one of my family members got their wisdom teeth removed here and the experience was great! very easy after care and no complications!

  I had all four wisdom teeth extracted here and they were so patient and understanding with me being a nervous wreck. The healing process was smooth and they gave me an instruction sheet on what to do after leaving. I would absolutely recommend.

  Great and welcoming staff. Made sure I was comfortable with everything related to wisdom teeth extraction and did a fantastic job at explaining everything that goes into that. Def. recommend for anyone looking for oral surgeries
