  I went there Friday and Eli took great care of me she was so nice she got me in and out and she also was professional she deserves a pay raise

  Total shitshow not enough employees 4 hrs wait when it should take 2 hrs. Poor management.

  Been going there for over a year and there's been a the ups and downs of them been short staff all the time but they never closed early before advertised time. Went there this Saturday for my second donation waited onsite after completing survey to get screen When manager onsite(Rita) just decided to close and stop taking patients. I understand you're short staffed and all but we also spend a lot of TIME going there and if you're a bad day is fine but at least offer something for the WASTED! Only reason I won't ranked them lower is because there's some great people that work there and deserve all the praise in world! ( Vani, Patty Kyla, Brenda, Pablo. etc). Friendly advice to the some of the screeners and managers that get mad and threatened to deffere you for asking question. DON'T WORK IN COSTUMER SERVICE if you can't handle the pressure, FIND SOMETHING ELSE TO DO.

  Over the last 2 months, I called to speak to a human. No one answered the phone for days. Not joking. When I did speak to someone , I confirmed the materials.needed for a first time donor. Asked if I needed an appointment.and was told no, just come in. I finally went there yesterday and was told they were not taking any new clients that day and to.come.back the next day. This was 3 hours before closing. I see the reviews and I'm definitely not going back to even try. Grifols on Irving Park Rd is much more professional than this place.

  Crazy got 17 people waiting just to donate and get on a bed and only one row open to donate I don’t get why you guys have two rows for honestly but I guess it’s okay to take they sweet time employees need better work ethic if you donate go to octapharmsa CSL bio life grifols not worth it but the owner says in response we take care of it thank you for your concerns but just proves yall haven’t done none about it ridiculous owner need to check they workers or fire or hire new ones this ain’t worth people time start writing people up Kyra need to get fired and the rest of the girls just standing chatting not in no hurry to get donors in and I been waiting for 40 min now think cause we getting money from this we gonna be on their time I’m sorry but worst donation place I been too and ps to the owner you need to get your employees in order so many here for what to just stand around and I walked out not gonna be waiting for them to get to using their heads and noticing you have 20 people waiting and more coming in to donate
