  Dr. Domanico and his dental assistant were amazing!! I had a wisdom teeth extraction that I was super nervous for but both of them definitely helped eased my anxiousness. He was very concise with his instructions on how the procedure would unfold and the steps to take afterwards. After my extraction, he called to check up on my healing- so thoughtful! His dental assistant was very kind as well and helped me with questions and nervousness

  Dr. Domanico and his staff were extremely kind and professional. I came in for an emergency molar extraction the day before Thanksgiving, and the entire experience was smooth and reassuring. Dr. Domanico was very patient and took the time to explain the entire process, what to expect, and made sure I was fully numb before starting the extraction. The procedure itself was quick and completely painless I didn’t feel a thing. What really stood out was that he personally called afterward to check in and make sure I was doing okay. I truly appreciated that level of care. I highly recommend Dr. Domanico and his staff for their professionalism and kindness. I will definitely return and confidently recommend them to friends and family.

  Went in for a consultation, the doctor was great. The front desk is a nightmare to deal with. First visit in the office I was told they needed copies of my insurance card, laid out both of my insurance cards, they took and copied both. I told them my primary is out of network so they will need to make sure to submit for secondary. Charged me on the spot, told me if the insurance goes through, they’d mail a check back. Four months later saw EOB from my primary, was told it’s rejected as they were out of network (expected), but never saw an EOB from secondary so called in and asked about it. The front desk lady told me they didn’t have my secondary information, and emphasized that 3 times I never gave them my info. I said that’s fine I can give that again, within a couple of minutes, they told me never mind they found it… said they’d submit it again. Thought ok great! Another 2 months go by, got secondary insurance sending EOB saying I don’t owe them anything, felt weird and called back about the visit again, the lady got impatient instantly saying they denied everything that’s why there’s no pay back bla bla bla, I sent the EOB on the call was hoping we’d talk through it, she hung up on me. Called back again to check, she said she would call me when she gets to it. Asked if I can call instead given tight calendar availability, asked when would be best, she said tomorrow. Guys this is one page of EOB, takes literally 10 seconds to read… and after 6 months I still don’t have insurance sorted out with this office despite having 2 insurances covering my medical.

  Very terrible customer service. The front desk people are extremely rude and unprofessional and I would not recommend going to this place. Please go somewhere else if you want a better experience.

  Dr. Khaled Abu Ghazala is an amazing doctor and person. I came in with a failed root canal that needed to be pulled, but instead of jumping straight to extraction, he suggested I see an endodontist first to see if it could be saved. Unfortunately, it couldn’t—but I really appreciated that he took the time to consider all options. They were able to fit me in for the extraction within two days since I was in a lot of pain. The actual procedure took less than a minute, and I didn’t feel a thing. He also told me I had minimal bone loss and didn’t need a bone graft, which saved me an extra procedure and cost. Highly recommend—ethical, professional, and genuinely cares about his patients
