  Why did you transfer Russell from this location? He was the most accommodating manager ever! I'm not sure if I want to come to this store ever again because even the cashier's our saddened that he's no longer there and you put a manager there who stays in the office and doesn't even interact with the customers in the store like he use to do even helping out on the line. this is totally unacceptable and unnecessary for you all to do. Please bring him back to this location because me and several other customers miss him very much.

  Recently visited this RX. I have been going to Walgreens for years. Recently came to this RX for an emergency. Came across this RX was a bit skeptical due to the average reviews. Little did I know, the staff was extremely pleasant, very knowledgeable, I believe I interacted with the head pharmacist and he was very approachable even being what looked to be under a very hectic work load with phone calls left and right. It’s retail RX it’s always going to be busy. I have heard horrid stories of what the staff goes through. And unfortunately after reading some of the these reviews, I take everything with a grain of salt when it comes to reviews and people these days feel very entitled and demand service right away. When it comes to medicine, you shouldn't rush. The staff did their best to treat everyone waiting for their medications with professionalism. My career is in healthcare and know how frustrating this time of year is. With flu shots left and right, cold medication, recommendations, etc… not once did I feel I was overlooked, treated bad, etc. The second time I came, I was also acknowledged by a Spanish speaking female pharmacist that was able to help my father with his concerns about his medication. I applaud the staff for doing their best. He will continue to get his medicines filled here. Due to my maintenance drugs being only covered at Walgreens, it impedes me from transferring over to this location. But for everything else antibiotics, flu shots, questions that my insurance will cover out of network, I will continue to return to this RX.
