- JVJosh VolpertFeb 13, 20261.0Unfortunately, my experience at this pharmacy has been consistently disappointing, largely due to the pharmacist and manager, Kirsten. I’ve been on the same medication for over 20 years without issue, yet each refill here has felt unnecessarily difficult. Policies seem inconsistent, my doctor’s prescriptions are repeatedly questioned, and there are frequent delays that make what should be a routine process stressful. She seems to think she’s more qualified as a doctor than an actual doctor. During my last visit, I was told to take my prescription to a different pharmacy if I didn’t agree with her specific requirements. That level of customer service was surprising and def a first for me at any business. When I requested her manager number to escalate I was given a false number as well. I value professionalism, consistency, and respectful communication when it comes to healthcare, and sadly, that has not been my experience here. Having much better experience at a sister pharmacy.
