  I had a very disappointing and honestly humiliating experience at the Jewel-Osco pharmacy on March 22, 2026, around 9:15 AM. I was also in severe pain from strep throat when I arrived at the pharmacy. I was very disappointed and shocked when the technician loudly announced my antibiotic, almost comically. As a technician myself I’m always discreet with such matters, I expect a certain level of professionalism, privacy, and accuracy, but that was not my experience here. While filling my medication, she was not wearing gloves, which raised concerns about cleanliness. She also seemed unsure about how to enter my prescription for a throat spray into the system, which made me question whether everything was handled correctly. On top of that, when my prescription was ready, she didn’t return my insurance card and ID until I asked for them. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and lacked attention to detail and respect for patient privacy. I hope this location takes steps to improve staff training and patient care. The technician that served me was not wearing a name badge. She was short stalky with shoulder length wavy hair. This at the Six Corners location. I have never written a negative review before this. I am truly disgusted.

  This is convenient, well-stocked pharmacy that operates like a neighborhood store. Pharmacists are knowledgeable and staff is helpful.

  Dont try to make it in here if you expect the hours to be respected. We expect this from Walgreens, but this location also not particularly friendly. Not sure if it’s a condition of the clientele? But regardless, closing early on a Sunday, even 5 minutes….. it’s a PHARMACY, MEDICATION…. Shame on you!
