They were hard to reach (mostly AI) and I was told they couldn't help me with pharmacy related issues. The pharmacy tech I spoke to later (Rosemary) apologized for the confusion and fixed the issue. She was very polite and helpful. That said, don't advertise prescription delivery if there's no direct support when something goes wrong. When I pick up my medication in store, the staff always takes great care of me. Other than that, I like this grocery store.
